If problems persist, switch machine off and call the NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO Hotline.

1. Check to ensure the capsule is not pierced more than once by mistake.

2. Check to ensure that the seal ring around the needle of the capsule holder

is not broken or lost.

3. Try again with a new capsule.
